UHMWPE 1000

Ultra-high molecular weight low pressure polyethylene, (molecular weight 3,5 - 5 Mio. g/mol.).
We like to describe the UHMWPE 1000 range as our "material for all applications". Due to its material properties it is an extremely versatile material with great resistance to abrasion water absorption and chemicals. However, like all Polyethylene materials it is not suitable for high temperature applications.

The great wear resistance, high impact strength and excellent sliding properties make it ideal for chain guides, conveyors, dock fenders and chute liners. It is also FDA compliant.

Also available in regenerated, anti-static, UV stabilized and moly filled grades.
