Vibration springs

Composiflex vibration spring material is a high performance composite which is used in applications such as leaf springs for vibrators and conveyor guides. Using a cross-ply epoxy glass construction, the vibration spring material maintains its flexural strength better than any other brand on the market.

Whilst the standard cross-ply epoxy is the most common grade, we can also supply a carbon/epoxy and high temperature grade leaf spring as well.

Applications of use include

• Food processing industries
• Timber
• Vibrators and conveyors in the tobacco
